Ku-ring-gai Amateur Swimming Club

Members who have previously registerd on the Portal can log straight in. You must know your user name and password. If your user name and password do not work, or you do not known them, use the "Username & Password" link. New Members who have not previosly registered on the Portal should use the "New Registration" link.

When reregistering for a new season, note the following steps.

1. Click the "Login" link on the left. Wait for the new browser window to open.

2. Enter your user name and password.

3. Use the "Registration Renewal" menu on the left. The "Registration Renewal" form appears.

4. Check the Subscription Type selected in the list (look for the selected radio button). It should be "Swimmer" for the first family member, "Swimmer - 2nd family member" for the next and so on.

5. Press Next. Some declarations appear. Please read and agree to both.

6. Check your personal details. It is important your emergency contact, and email address are correct.

7. Press Next. The Credit Card Information page appears.

8. Provide your Credit Card details and submit.

9. A reciept will be emailed to the address you provided. Your payment will appear on your credit card statement from "IMG ECOMMERCE", not from the Club or NSW Swimming.

10. You must logoff and recommence the "Logoon" process to reregister another member.

Ask the Swimming NSW Portal to email your user name and password to you. For this to work, you must provide the email address given when you registerd. If you have problems obtaining your login details, send an email to the Club Registrar using the "Contact Us" link.

New Members who have not previosly registered on the Portal should use this link. Members who have previously registerd on the Portal should use the "Login" link.

When completing a "New Registration", note the following steps.

1. Click the "New Registration" link on the left. Wait for the new browser window to open.

2. Select a Subscription Type from the list (click on its radio button). It is likely "Swimmer" is the right one for you. Use "Swimmer - 2nd family member", if registering a second family member.

3. Press Next. Some declarations appear. Please read and agree to both.

4. Press Next. The "New Registration" form appears.

5. Provide your personal details. It is important your emergency contact, age and email address are correct.

6. Press Next. The Credit Card Information page appears.

7. Provide your Credit Card details and submit.

8. A reciept will be emailed to the address you provided. Your payment will appear on your credit card statement from "IMG ECOMMERCE", not from the Club or NSW Swimming.

9. You must logoff and recommence the "New Registration" process to register another new member.

Send an email to the Club Registrar. You may want to do this for guidance, or, to have your user name and password reset.
