New Registration

New Members who have not previously registered should use the "New Registration" link. A new registration is required for each family member. Members who have previously registerd should use the "Login" link below.

When completing a "New Registration", note the following steps.

1. Click the "New Registration" link on the left. Wait for the new browser tab or window to open.

2. Select a Subscription Type from the list (click its radio button). It is likely "1st Swimmer" is the right one for you. Use "2nd Swimmer", if registering a second family member. Our subscription structure is tiered - successive family members are cheaper.

3. Press Next. Some declarations appear. Please read and agree to both.

4. Press Next. The "New Registration" form appears.

5. Provide your personal details. It is important your emergency contact, age and email address are correct. Please spell your name exactly as you want to be known at the Club.

6. Press Next. The Credit Card Information page appears.

7. Provide your Credit Card details and submit.

8. A reciept will be emailed to the address you provided. Your payment will appear on your credit card statement from "IMG ECOMMERCE", not from the Club or NSW Swimming.

9. You must logoff and recommence the "New Registration" process for each family member. Please resist the temptation to pay an additioal registration using one login. The additional family members will not be registed at all, the subscription may have to be refunded and you will make extra work for me!

10. A computer generated user name/password will be set and emailied to you. They are hard to remember. When revieweing your registration application, the Registrar will likely set some easier ones and email you those. Look out for them.

11. There may be a delay of a few days while the Registrar reviews your registrartion application. During this time, it will not be possible to enter Club meets on-line. Generally, you will know review has completed when a "Welcome" email arrives. The Registrar is not active during business hours.

12. Club meets are entered on-line via the "Current Program" web page. (Use the "Current Program" menu, on the left.) Print the Program and hang it on the frige. A Meet can be entered by clicking it's hot linked date. Look out for an email with more detailed instructions about this.

Login

Members who have previously registerd can log straight in. You must know your user name and password. If your user name and password do not work, or are not known, use the "Username & Password" link below to have them emailed to you. New Members who have not previosly registered should use the "New Registration" link above.

When reregistering for a new season, note the following steps.

1. Click the "Login" link on the left. Wait for the new browser tab or window to open.

2. Enter your user name and password.

3. Use the "Registration Renewal" menu - fourth from the left. The "Registration Renewal" form appears.

4. Check the Subscription Type selected in the list (look for the selected radio button). It should be "1st Swimmer" for the first family member, "2nd Swimmer" for the next and so on.

5. Press Next. Some declarations appear. Please read and agree to both.

6. Check your personal details. It is important your emergency contact, and email address are correct. Please spell your name exactly as you want to be known at the Club. Please notify us if you change the way your name is spelt. We have other computer systems that have to match.

7. Press Next. The Credit Card Information page appears.

8. Provide your Credit Card details and submit.

9. A receipt will be emailed to the address you provided. Your payment will appear on your credit card statement from "IMG ECOMMERCE", not from the Club or NSW Swimming.

The additional family members will not be registed at all, the subscription may have to be refunded and you will make extra work for me!

11. There may be a delay of a few days while the Registrar reviews your registrartion renewal. During this time, it will not be possible to enter Club meets on-line. The Registrar is not active during business hours. Ring the Registrar, if your need is urgent.

If you are transferring from another Club to us, please ask us to initiate a transfer via the "Contact Us" link below. Quote your name and Member ID. We will notify you when that process is complete at which time you will be able to register with us via the "Login" link above. Transferrs can take a few days to complete. Do not register with any Club until the process is complete.
